Russia: Loading First Diesel Shipment to US Will Take at Least 2–3 Weeks

Russian Deputy Prime Minister, on when Russia's diesel deliveries to the US and global markets could begin, said: If a contract is signed and the cargo shipped, at least two or three weeks will be needed.
