The substitutions are over: three healthy and two injured!

Despite having a quota of five substitutions, Esteghlal changed only three players due to using all three windows, and the remaining two substitutions were burned.

According to "Varzesh Se", consecutive injuries in the meeting with Al-Gharafa created strange conditions for Sohrab Bakhtiarizadeh. Esteghlal head coach used all three allowed substitutions until the 67th minute, while only three new players entered the field.

The first substitution of the blues was made in the 32nd minute and was forced. Amirmohammed Razzakinia, who was feeling pain for a few minutes, could not continue playing after the medical tests, and Yaser Asani took his place.

Sohrab used his second substitution in the 53rd minute. Jalaluddin Masharipov left the field and Alireza Kushki replaced him so that Esteghlal has a new force in the attacking department.

The third substitution was made due to injury. Yasir Asani, who entered the field as a substitute in the first half and scored Esteghlal's first goal, lost his ability to continue the match in the 67th minute and was replaced by Mohammad Hossein Eslami.

According to the rules, each team can substitute five players in three separate shifts and stoppages. Substitutions between the two halves do not consume one of these three opportunities, but Esteghlal did not change during the break and made all three substitutions during the match.

In this way, despite using three transfer quotas, the Blues lost all three windows and were no longer able to use the remaining two quotas. The conditions that made Sohrab Bakhtiarizadeh unable to make a new change in his team's composition in more than 20 minutes.

The two injuries of Razzaqinia and Asani disrupted the tactical plans of the technical staff and closed Sohrab's hand to manage the final minutes. In the night where Esteghlal had two mandatory substitutions, they practically lost their other two substitutions without using them.
