Acer's Unique Phone: An Affordable Dual-Screen Mobile
The new Acer Sospiro A70 phone, with a small display on its back, has entered the tech market. This feature, previously found mostly in high-end phones, has now been added to a mid-range, budget-friendly model.
The name of the new Acer Sospiro A70 phone with a small screen on the back of the body has entered the technology news market. This feature, which used to be mostly seen in expensive phones, has now been added to a product with mid-range economic specifications.
According to Safir Arjan, the back screen of Sospiro A70 has a size of 1.88 inches and a resolution of 284 x 240 pixels. In addition to displaying the clock, messages and incoming calls, this screen plays the role of a viewfinder during photography. With its help, you can take a selfie with the main 64 megapixel camera and see the framing of the image at the same time.
This phone also has a 16-megapixel selfie camera. The idea of using a rear display was also used earlier in products like the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra, but now it is making its way to cheaper phones.
Hardware specifications of a mid-range economy
The main screen of this phone is 6.67 inches and uses an IPS panel with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels. Its 120 Hz refresh rate can make moving through menus and scrolling pages smoother. However, the resolution is low compared to many mid-range phones today.
The Unisoc T8200 processor with 5G network support, eight GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal memory make up the hardware part of the phone. It is also possible to increase the storage space with a microSD card up to one terabyte. 5000 mAh battery, Android 16, NFC connection, Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.2 are other announced specifications.
IP64 certification also means resistance to dust penetration and splashing water.
The important thing about this product is the identity of its manufacturer. Although Acer's name appears on the phone, it is manufactured and distributed by the Mexican company Senwa Global under license to use the Acer brand in the Latin American market.
All in all, the Sospiro A70 tries to stand out from the average budget phone with its rear display, 64MP main camera and 5G support. But its purchase value is not yet known because without the final price, it is not possible to evaluate its competitiveness against the products of Samsung, Xiaomi and other manufacturers.
