Sistan and Baluchestan Booth Named Top Exhibitor at National Rural Capabilities Exhibition
The deputy for development coordination at the Sistan and Baluchestan Governorate said the province's booth was selected as the top booth at the Sixth International Exhibition of Rural and Nomadic Capabilities of the country.
Deputy Director of Civil Affairs Coordination of Sistan and Baluchistan Governorate said: Sistan and Baluchistan pavilion was selected as the best pavilion in the sixth international exhibition of rural and nomadic capabilities of the country.
According to the reporter of Arya Heritage, Atta Allah Akbari said on Monday 20th of October 1405: Sistan and Baluchistan has diverse capacities in the field of native production, handicrafts, local products, culture and rural heritage, and the introduction of these capabilities shows that the villages of the province can contribute more to production and economic prosperity based on their assets.
Sistan and Baluchistan Governorate's Deputy Coordinator of Civil Affairs added: The province's development strategy is based on identifying the advantages of each region, strengthening people's participation and turning local capacities into real opportunities for employment and income. The selection of the provincial booth in this national event can be seen as a reflection of this view; A view that places the people and the economic power of the regions as the center of development.
Referring to the vast rural capacities of the province, he said: From Sistan and the outskirts of Hamon to Balochistan and the Makran coast, each region has the capabilities that can become the driving engine of the local economy by planning, supporting producers and providing access to sales markets.
Akbari continued: Attending such events shows its true value when it leads to a stable relationship between producers and the market, the development of rural businesses and an increase in household income. The goal is that the capabilities of the people do not remain at the level of introduction and display, and that the field for their economic exploitation is provided.
He emphasized: Rural development begins with the identification of capacities, but it is achieved by empowering people, supporting production and creating sustainable economic opportunities. The villages of Sistan and Baluchistan have this capacity and they should be provided with a more effective possibility in the economic cycle of the country.
