'Goharshad' Goes National / 17 Provinces Register to Attend in Urmia

The Director General of Women and Family Affairs at the West Azerbaijan Governorate said nearly 17 provinces have so far registered to take part in the fifth national Iranian-Islamic fashion and attire event, 'Goharshad'.
