Bushehr- Chief of Justice of Bushehr Province announced the issuance and delivery of the ownership document of 15 hectares of Bank Shahr Forest Park lands after 15 years of indecision.
According to Mehr reporter, Mehdi Mehrangis said this morning during the ceremony of handing over the land ownership document of Bank City Forest Park, which was held in the presence of the governor of Kangan city and a group of judicial and executive officials, that one of the important priorities of the judicial system in Bushehr province is to determine the assignment of lands and properties that have been in limbo for years, and this situation has caused the violation of people's rights and slow development in the regions.
The Chief Justice of Bushehr Province stated that the Bank City Forest Park was one of the rightful and long-standing demands of the citizens of this region, and added: Unfortunately, this project had remained stagnant for more than 15 years due to some registration and legal complications, and with the entry of the judiciary and the diligent follow-up of the governor of Kangan, the existing obstacles were identified and by issuing special judicial orders, the blind knots of this case were opened.
Appreciating the efforts made, he further stated: Issuance of this document is the result of a coordinated team work between the executive and judicial bodies, and in this regard, I must thank the continuous and compassionate follow-up of the governor of Kangan, who played an important role in facilitating this process.
Mehrangiz also pointed to the role of the Real Estate Registry Office in achieving this goal, and added: I have special appreciation for the jihadi actions and careful observation of Buzhar Mehr, the respected Director General of the Real Estate Registry of Bushehr Province, as well as the sincere efforts of the head and hardworking staff of the Kangan City Registry Unit, who completed the process of issuing the document of these 15 hectares of land with a problem-solving approach and without wasting time.
In the end, the Chief of Justice of Bushehr Province noted: The judicial system of Bushehr Province stands by the people's servants with all its might and wherever public interests and people's rights are concerned, it will remove administrative obstacles with its supportive and supervisory approach.
