Plan and Budget Organization Takes Over Electronic Kalabarg Program

The deputy minister for welfare and economic affairs at the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, pointing to structural changes in the management of the electronic Kalabarg program, announced that under a government decision, the Plan and Budget Organization has been designated as the program's main custodian.

Referring to the structural changes in the management of the electronic Kalaberg project, the Deputy Minister of Welfare and Economic Affairs of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare announced: Based on the government's decision, the Program and Budget Organization has been designated as the main custodian of this project.

According to the report of Ambassador Arjan, Yaqub Andayesh, referring to the assignment of the implementation of the Kalaberg project to the Program and Budget Organization, said: the government has designated the Program and Budget Organization as the main trustee of the Kalaberg project, and now it is the duty of all institutions and bodies to cooperate for the success of this organization in the optimal implementation of the plan.

Ambassador Arjan wrote in a news article: Explaining the role and structural duties of other institutions in the chain of welfare and support services, he added: Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare is only one of the institutions related and in charge of the implementation of the Kalaberg project, and there is a clear division of duties between the institutions.

The Vice President of Welfare and Economic Affairs of the Ministry of Welfare further pointed out the separation of technical infrastructure and databases and said: My government's system and its infrastructure are managed directly under the supervision of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.

Emphasizing the background and policy reserve of this ministry in the subsidy payment system, Andaish noted: The Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare is fully prepared to provide its 10-year experience in the fields of targeting subsidies, support policies and implementation of the Kalaberg plan to the Program and Budget Organization and other responsible institutions so that the path of decision-making and implementation can proceed with the highest efficiency.
