The Vice President for Rural Development and Deprived Areas, referring to the signing of a cooperation memorandum with the Securities and Exchange Organization, said: The capital market should not be seen merely as a tool for financing megaprojects, metropolises and large plans. Its capacities can also be used for rural and nomadic development and for financing product supply chains.
