the lighting of Bushehr streets should be improved; Criticism of the continuation of water queues in the neighborhoods

The head of civil commission of Bushehr Islamic Council criticized the continuation of water queues in neighborhoods and said: improvement of road lighting and implementation of municipal and electricity agreements should be on the agenda.

According to Mehr reporter, Vahid Nik Rosh said on Friday night in the presence of Bushehr city council members, referring to the lighting problems of the roads in Bushehr city: despite the agreements made between the municipality and the electricity distribution company and the allocation of funds for the relocation of electric poles on the crossing route, some of the planned measures have not yet been implemented and the relocation of electric poles on the route of some crossings has not been done.

The head of the Construction Commission of Bushehr Islamic Council added: In addition to creating disruptions in the implementation of construction projects, these problems also affect the lighting and safety of roads, and it is necessary for the province's electricity distribution company to prioritize the implementation of agreements in cooperation with the municipality.

Emphasizing the necessity of improving the urban appearance and increasing the quality of road lighting, Nikrosh noted that the development and improvement of the lighting network and the replacement of low-consumption LED lights in the city roads should be considered in order to improve the lighting quality and the night view of Bushehr while reducing energy consumption.

Speeding up the assignment of problems at the entry of Tangak II

He also pointed to the problems at the entrance of Tengak II and said: This issue has been raised since the beginning of the activities of the Sixth Council, and despite the follow-up and negotiations, the determination of its final task is still facing obstacles.

The head of the construction commission of Bushehr Islamic Council, referring to the referral of the case to the judicial authorities, requested to speed up the determination of its duties in the judicial system.

The head of the construction commission of the Islamic Council of Bushehr criticized the continuation of water queues in the neighborhoods of this city and said: despite the follow-ups and the capacities created in the water softeners sector, the citizens are still facing serious limitations in water supply and it is necessary for the Ministry of Energy to take practical and urgent measures to solve this problem.

Referring to the continuation of water supply problems in Bushehr city, he said: the capacity to use the water share of Kausar Dam and the transmission line from Kazeroon has decreased due to the creation of water softeners, and the existence of these water softeners is still associated with serious problems in the water supply situation of the citizens, and as we have entered the autumn season, water queues continue.

The head of the Civil Commission of the Islamic Council of Bushehr city added: While it was expected that the conditions of water supply to Bushehr city would improve with the use of water softeners and the increase of water supply capacity, we are still witnessing a decrease in the amount of water entering the city, an increase in queuing restrictions, and a shorter time for citizens to access water.

Mobile water supply alone does not meet the needs of citizens

Referring to the reuse of water supply tankers in the city, Nikrosh said: Mobile water supply alone does not meet the needs of the citizens, and a solution must be found to solve the root of Bushehr's water supply problem.

He stated that the Islamic Council of Bushehr and the Municipality of Bushehr have cooperated well with ABFA to help resolve water infrastructure problems by issuing drilling permits for the development of the water network. He said: According to the statements of ABFA managers, they are trying hard to supply Bushehr with drinking water, but part of the existing problems are due to the demands of the water softener contractors from the government and financial limitations to complete the capacity and carry out technical reforms. Therefore, it is necessary for the Ministry of Energy to provide the basis for payment of claims and completing the capacity of facilities by taking necessary measures.

The Chairman of the Construction Commission of the Islamic Council of Bushehr emphasized the need to improve the production capacity of water softeners and stated: the necessary reforms must be made in the purification process and equipment of the facilities in order to provide the possibility of full utilization of the existing capacities. Also, the water desalination project with a capacity of 70,000 cubic meters at the nuclear power plant must be followed up seriously in order to reach the result and play an effective role in supplying the city with water.

Nikrosh asked the representatives of the province in the Islamic Council, the governor, the deputy coordinator of civil affairs of the governorate and the officials of the Ministry of Energy to take action to improve the water supply situation in Bushehr by continuously following up on this issue.
