"Hakak" plan drill held in Dir County

Bushehr – The head of the Dir County Agricultural Jihad announced the holding of a drill for the "Hakak" plan, aimed at protecting farmland and orchards and preventing unauthorized land-use changes in the county.

Bushehr - Director of Deer County Agricultural Jihad announced the implementation of the "Hakak" maneuver with the aim of protecting agricultural and garden lands and preventing unauthorized changes of land use in this city.

According to Mehr's reporter, Amirhossein Ebrahimi said in a conversation with Mehr on Wednesday evening on the sidelines of the exercise of the "Hakak" project: Agricultural lands are a valuable capital and the main platform for the production of agricultural products, and the protection of these lands plays an important role in maintaining food security.

Emphasizing the necessity of continuous monitoring and timely identification of violations, he added: Dealing with the change of unauthorized uses requires the cooperation and coordination of all responsible agencies and follow-up of violations within the framework of laws and regulations.

Director of Deir County Agricultural Jihad also appreciated the cooperation and support of Deir County Prosecutor and the county governor in the field of agricultural land protection and protection programs and said: The cooperation of judicial and executive officials can play an important role in preventing violations and effectively implementing laws related to agricultural land protection.

Intensification of field supervision and legal treatment of violations

In the continuation of this program, Musa Jamali Safat, the commander of the land protection unit of Bushehr province, explained the goals of the "Hakkak" plan and stated: "Increasing field monitoring, identifying possible violations, and strengthening coordination between executive, supervisory, and law enforcement agencies are among the goals of implementing this plan."

Emphasizing the necessity of preventing the unauthorized change of use of agricultural land, he added: monitoring the performance of real estate trading companies is also one of the axes of this plan and any facilitation of unauthorized change of use should be prevented. Possible violations will also be dealt with within the framework of the law.

After holding the coordination meeting, operational teams, present in the central part of Deir city, carried out field monitoring of the lands of Bardestan and Durahek cities.

This maneuver was held with the participation of the mayor of Durahek, the representative of the prosecutor's office, representatives of the police force, natural resources, road and urban development, the department of industry, mining and trade, the chamber of guilds and the representatives of the management of the agricultural jihad of Dashti, Kangan, Jam and Asaluyeh.
