Siraj's Remarks on the Managerial Qualities of the Proposed Defense Minister

Emphasizing the need to use the capacity of knowledge-based non-governmental companies that can help in meeting the needs of the armed forces, Siraj asked the proposed minister of defense to explain what his plans are for his ministry in this area.
