Moscow, October 16. /TASS/. Adviser to the Russian President, Anton Kubyakov, said at a press conference at the Russian Energy Week conference: "We can say that global trade is no longer free."

He said: "Now is the right time to develop a deep conversion. Taking geopolitical constraints into account, the real pirate war will begin. It can be said that global trade is no longer free."
