Moscow, October 12. /TASS/. The company's press service told TASS that the service of the Russian technology company Yandex is gradually improving after the failure.

TASS collected key points about server operations.

- On October 11, Russian users reported failures in the performance of Yandex products.

- Engineers will gradually restore access to search, AI assistant Alisa, mail, map, taxi and other services.

Some functions are still inaccessible, Yandex noted.

- It is very difficult to determine the exact time to restore the performance of equipment in data centers.

- Customer account records were not affected by the failure.

- Yandex agreed with cloud providers VK Cloud, Selectel and K2Cloud on rapid reconciliation of data and customer service after the drone attacks.

Additional teams of specialists were assigned and flexible financial terms were provided, Yandex said.

- On October 8, Yandex reported a fire at the Sasovo data center (Ryazan region) after a drone attack.

- The infrastructure of a corporate data center in Kaluga was partially damaged on October 9 after a drone attack.

- The Yandex data center in Vladimir was completely shut down due to a drone attack on October 11.
