Legal Problems of Holy Defense Film City to Be Pursued Urgently

During a visit to the Holy Defense Film City, the head of the Tehran Province Judiciary pointed to three judicial cases and numerous ownership disputes in the complex. He emphasized the urgent follow-up of two cases before the Supreme Court, the precise determination of land boundaries, and cooperation among responsible agencies to resolve legal and registration issues.

The Chief Justice of Tehran province, in his visit to the Defence of the Holy Cinema, pointed out the existence of three legal cases and numerous ownership disputes in this complex, and emphasized the immediate follow-up of the two cases presented in the Supreme Court, the precise determination of land boundaries and the cooperation of the responsible institutions to solve legal and registration problems.
