The lawyer of Persepolis club says that Yasser Asani is an unauthorized player of Esteghlal and that the matches of this team, especially the 3-0 derby, should be announced.

According to Ambassador Arjan, Reza Shah Mansoori, the lawyer of Persepolis club, stated about the status of the complaint case against Esteghlal player Yaser Asani: Persepolis club did not initiate the incident of Yaser Asani, but Mes Shahr Babak and Sepahan filed a complaint against this player after holding their matches against Esteghlal, but Persepolis will take action wherever it sees a right being lost from this team.

He added: "Mes Shahr Babak and Sepahan's complaint about Yasir Asani was rejected because the disciplinary committee declared that the documents provided by them were not sufficient and the termination of this player was not registered, but the story of Persepolis is different because we found new documents." First of all, Yasir had an easy request from Esteghlal that was not settled on time, and therefore he warned the club, but at the end of the mentioned deadline, he did not receive his money, and for this reason, he claimed to have canceled his contract. At the same time, he also gave a written letter to his agent, which allowed him to negotiate on behalf of Yasser with another club other than Esteghlal. If a player has not terminated with his club, why would he give such a document and authority to his agent?

Shah Mansouri said: Esteghlal Club always insists that it has inquired from FIFA and has a letter that shows that the World Football Federation considers Yasir Asani's presence in the Esteghlal team to be legal. In any case, FIFA's words are for everyone, so why doesn't Esteghlal, if it really has such a letter, publish it in the media to make everyone feel at ease? In our opinion, Yasir Easi has made an unauthorized registration and FIFA should deal with it. The games in which he was on the field, including the capital derby, should be declared 3-0.

In response to Barati's statement, Persepolis' lawyer said: We must distinguish between contract extension and contract conclusion.
