The Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Semnan Regional Water Company stated: According to seasonal reports, the activity of this phenomenon started from April 1405 and continues until February, and the peak of El Nino activity in Semnan province is predicted in the second and third week of November until the middle of December.
