Scientists are looking for a way out of the problems

Doctors emphasized: Scientists and scientists are looking for knowledge and ability to overcome these problems, and we can do it, and this is something we should believe in. Therefore, if we have this belief, we will overcome problems.

The doctor stated: My belief and idea is that all of you and all those who are managers can become president and can become ministers and take on any responsibility; As during the war, we handed over our powers to the governorates.

We must give space to capable people

He added: Now we think that there is only one president in this country, but I don't believe that. It's not like if they make us martyrs, there won't be better ones than us who will come and stand at the feet of this country and give their lives for the honor and pride of the people. We just have to give them a field to come, give them a field to flourish, and give them a field to show themselves; Not to think that I am the boss, I give orders and others must obey.

We must join hands to make the country proud

The president said: I am a servant and I request that we join hands, stand up for the pride of this country and solve the country's problems. we can I, who am standing here, yesterday I was an ordinary student, I became a doctor, I became a university official and I became a minister. I was an ordinary representative, like all representatives; But now the heavy responsibility of the country is on our shoulders and we must solve its problems.

He continued: We can; When we join hands with each other, we can solve problems. If we are together, see those peaks and try, we should get there. I may not reach those peaks, but there are those among us who will reach those peaks and can lead and lift others up with them.

The President clarified: Believe me, as far as I am standing, I did not think at all that I would have to reach here, but with all our hearts, we want to work for our people, our country, our independence, our honor and our pride as much as we can. This is what we were looking for with all our hearts and trying to move towards.

The president said: We should strive to make our country proud with the same belief that exists in each of us. Then this belief will guide us day and night in this direction to strive for our country with all our heart, not to bow down and find a way for our country's dignity and pride, and this is possible with you.

Disputes and fights in universities are not understandable to me

He added: There is no injustice higher than that a person does not accept the right word and does not accept the truth. If such a belief arises in us, we can move in the right direction. There are many verses in the Qur'an that show that there is no greater injustice than that a person does not accept the word of truth.

The president said: It is stated somewhere that who is more cruel than the one who lies to God? God cannot be lied to; It means that people who are God's people cannot be lied to. Also, the question arises that who is more cruel than the one who lies to God or denies the truth when it reaches him? Hell is the place of unbelievers.

The doctor said: A disbeliever is someone who hides the truth and does not accept it. Shahid Beheshti, who now has a university named after him, has a book titled Haq and Falsehood from the Qur'an's Perspective, which I recommend you read. The right is independent of me and you and independent of humans. People should be recognized based on their rights, not based on their status and position.

If we join hands, we will be able to fix the country

He further emphasized: If we join hands, we will be able to fix the country. We are ready for the university to enter the field with different specializations; Because when we talk about creating structure, we mean engineering, human, managerial, social and political structure.

The president said: The reason why we cannot solve the issues is that we think that if a solution is economically correct, it should be implemented. But how this economic solution should be implemented is another matter. Management should determine how we can implement this solution. The sociologist must also explain that in the existing social situation and according to the trends and habits of the society, how can we change the direction and advance it with the coordination of the people.

He continued: That I say the right thing is one thing and how I can implement that right thing is another thing. Thinking that because we offer a solution, it must be implemented is where we go wrong.

Doctors said: We have been saying these things for years and everyone knows that it is not possible to sell gasoline at the price of 1500 Tomans. While its transportation cost is 4 to 5 thousand tomans. That is, the gasoline that we transport and deliver to the destination costs 5 thousand tomans, but we sell it at the price of 1500 tomans. Now, what should we do to address people's concerns, bring them together, solve the problem, and provide the benefits of this decision to all people based on justice? The issue is clear, but if we want to intervene suddenly, we will disrupt the whole society.

The President stated: I have said many times that in medicine, when we are faced with a disease, we do not prescribe just one medicine; Rather, we do several interventions. In vascular, muscle strength, pain, mental status, and fighting infection, we do whatever is necessary to resolve the patient's problem.

He added: First, we do various interventions to solve a problem, and secondly, we move forward gradually. We wait until the patient can tolerate the conditions. If the amount of intervention is more than the patient can handle, it may destroy him and if it is less than necessary, it will not be effective. Therefore, we have to make a decision according to the patient's condition. For this reason, it is necessary to monitor the patient every day, evaluate his condition and carry out the next intervention.

The doctor said: society is more complicated than the existence of a human being and it has a lot of complexity. It is not possible to solve society's problems with a prescription or an intervention. We have to act from different directions, with different interventions and gradually to find the solution. Otherwise, we cannot expect problems to be solved if we try to implement everything at once. Which disease is cured in an instant? We must understand this.

The President said: Universities in developed countries are no longer stopped at the second and third generation and are moving towards the fourth and fifth generation universities. A university that only pursues science and research is a second-generation university at best. In addition to science and research, the university should also put skill, service to the society and foresight on the agenda.

He continued: To be able to make maximum use of the country's resources and mines today is an issue; But what should we do after 50 years, when these resources are finished, is another matter. Now, in universities, several specializations and disciplines sit together and think about what we should do on this planet in 100 years.

Doctors said: Now in Tehran, we are extracting underground water and transferring the water from the areas where it used to flow to Tehran. Our underground water will run out and the situation of water sources that are transferred from other areas is also known. The trend of changes is towards drought and the planet is warming. We have to think about this issue, if the underground water decreases and Tehran and its surrounding areas continue to expand, where will we get the needed water from? Finding a solution for such issues requires thinking and solutions.

He added: The earth we live in is like a ship that only has bigger dimensions and is moving in a galaxy. Of course, the galaxy itself also moves. We are all passengers of this ship and we live in this big space. In such a situation, why should we fight with each other, oppress each other, be unkind, force and abuse each other? Why shouldn't we join hands so that the opportunity we have is sweet and enjoyable for all those who live on this planet and preserve it for future generations? We should not use up all the resources and exhaust them so that future generations have nothing to use.

If academics and students enter the field, we can solve the problems

The doctor said: I trust you and I believe that if academics and students enter the field and come out of the university of science and research and become the university of action and providing solutions, we can solve the problems. We have the ability to do this.

The President said: When I see that our country is in such a situation and that other countries cannot accept these conditions, I cannot believe that we lack anything from others. Nothing of us is less than anything of others; The only thing that needs to be corrected is our perspective. If we correct this view, we can reach those peaks and it is you who can bring such a view in the country and for the country.

He continued: Mr. Simai and other officials have held several meetings with universities; But the main issue is who can enter the field and which problem to solve. We provide the necessary platform for them. I don't want to just do research; The point is that there are solutions to existing problems and they are not difficult to find. Our problem is the lack of people who have the necessary knowledge and skills and want to enter the field to solve problems.

Doctors said: Now with a simple search, you can find many solutions for many problems; But the problem is that some people may have the necessary knowledge, but do not have the skills to execute. Some also have skills, but they don't believe or don't want to do anything. The university should provide an environment in which the determination, will and skills needed to solve problems are formed in people. If such a will is created, we can solve our problems; Because we have many possibilities.

The president said: I hope you will turn the university into a third and fourth generation university. We sit by your side and provide the necessary platform for each of these issues.

Regarding the loss-making companies, the President stated: I must also say about the companies that we have a meeting tomorrow to determine what we should do with the companies that are in our possession and are making losses. Managing such companies and facing losses of several billions and several thousand billions is a matter that requires management art; Especially when the people who cause losses receive hundreds of millions of tomans or hundreds of billions of tomans.

Medikian stated: We give extraordinary management to the people who manage these companies; While some of these companies are unprofitable. We have a meeting tomorrow and a group has been working on this to determine how we should divest the companies we have.

"The companies we own are worth nearly 6,000 to 7,000 hemats," said Dr. These companies are owned by the government or so-called private companies; That means we are facing about 7 million billion tomans of capital. However, we have management problems and some people make decisions that harm the public interest regardless of productivity and efficiency.

He continued: I understand that this method is not correct management; But the question is, how should we go about the path of reform? As I said, different interventions are needed. When we want to exclude a manager from a group, they say that he is connected to the president; When we want to change another person, it is said that it depends on another person. As a result, they do not allow decisions to be made based on efficiency, knowledge and ability. This is one of the problems we are facing.

The doctor stated: I raised this issue in the meeting with our beloved leader, which lasted for 7 and a half hours.
