Dennis Richards claims he unknowingly paid wages to a woman who allegedly had an affair with Aaron Phipps at their workplace.

Denise Richards is opening up about an alleged infidelity in her high-profile marriage to husband Aaron Phipps.

During an appearance on "The Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg Show" about the financial toll of her marriage to Phippers, Richards openly stated that she had unknowingly paid for the divorce of the woman she allegedly had an affair with.

"The woman he had an affair with at work, an employee. I paid her wages," Richards said on the Oct. 13 episode. I don't know how he looked at me."

The former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star, who has been embroiled in a bitter divorce and legal battle with Phippers for more than a year, said she didn't discover the alleged infidelity until after the couple split, plus "several" other affairs.

The latest allegations come nearly a year after Richards issued a five-year restraining order against Phypers following a contentious court battle involving allegations of physical and emotional abuse.

Richards issued a permanent restraining order on November 7, 2025, after accusing Phypers of abuse. This order expires on November 7, 2030.

Richards testified in court during which Phifers tried to destroy her reputation during their relationship, at one point allegedly revealing nude photos of the "Drop Dead Gorgeous" actress after she claimed he stole her laptop.

Denise Richards' ex Aaron Phipps was arrested in court as the actress fought to enforce a restraining order.

"It was hard on my daughters, especially with the nude photos," Richards, who has two daughters with ex-husband Charlie Sheen and a daughter with Phifers, told the judge during the hearing. "I am very embarrassed and ashamed as a mother. [My daughter] could not go to church."

In a statement to People, Phipps denied Richards' claims.

During the trial, Richards described multiple allegations of physical and emotional abuse and described the horrific events that left the mother of three in fear for her life.

"During our relationship, Aaron repeatedly choked me, pressed my head hard with both hands, gripped my arms, violently slapped me in the face and head, slammed my head against the bathroom towel rack, threatened to kill me, held me down with his knee as I walked toward him," Richards claims in documents filed July 16. Aaron kept threatening to "break my jaw" and crying, begging me to stay and promising to get help - none of which ever happened. Aaron has given me at least three concussions.
