Referring to the state of air quality in the capital city, Sohri said: Following the yellow level air pollution warning number one dated 20 October 1405, due to the absence of significant wind, a relative decrease in air quality is expected until noon today in high-traffic areas, especially in the central and southern areas of Tehran.

He continued: The condition of relative stagnation of air and the decrease in its quality will continue from Thursday to Friday noon in the high-traffic areas of central and southern Tehran. Referring to the wind situation in the coming days, the Director General of Meteorology of Tehran Province said: On Wednesday and Friday afternoons, in the southern half and western regions of the province, moderate to relatively strong winds are expected in some hours, and there is a possibility of temporary dust in the southern and western border areas.

Sohri added: In the highlands of the province, sometimes relatively strong to strong winds are expected, which can help to improve the air quality. In the end, he announced the relative increase in temperature on Friday, especially in the southern half and central areas of Tehran province.
