US makes no official statement on slowing Starlink service for Ukraine - Kremlin
Dmitry Peskov said that it is too early to draw conclusions
Moscow, October 14. /TASS/. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters: "There is no official statement from the United States about slowing down the Starlink service for the Ukrainian armed forces, so it is too early to draw conclusions."
Commenting on the slowdown in Starlink services, the spokesman said: "How do we know that? It's just very sparse information. 'What if...' In fact, there is a lot of information that shows there are limitations in providing intelligence and early warning information about our missile launches." The spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs noted: But on the other hand, statements from Washington have also been published regarding the continuation of aid.
"We have to wait here for some more or less specific information," Peskov emphasized.
We don't know what the US has done. Asked if Washington could do more than slow down Starlink, he noted. "We have not heard any official statements from representatives of [Elon] Musk's company [which owns the service], nor have we heard any official statements from representatives of the Kiev regime on this matter," the spokesperson emphasized.
"We have heard statements from US President [Donald] Trump that aid is continuing. Let's analyze the information as it comes and not jump to conclusions," Peskov concluded.
