The adviser to the Russian president says that the coal market is improving

According to Anton Kubiakov, East Asia is currently the main market for coal

Moscow, October 16. /TASS/. Adviser to Russian President Anton Kubyakov said coal will remain an attractive method of generating electricity.

"Coal has become and will continue to be an attractive way to generate electricity again. The talk that coal will soon leave [the market] is clearly exaggerated," Kubiakov said.

He noted that the coal market is improving now. The consultant added: East Asia is currently the main market.
