The president of the Football Federation agreed to the preparation plans of the senior national team for the Asian Cup at a national teams department meeting.

In the meeting of the National Teams Department, the head of the Football Federation agreed with the preparation plans of the adult national team for the Asian Nations Cup.

According to Mehr reporter, the meeting of the National Teams Department was held with the presence of Mehdi Taj, President of the Football Federation, Mehdi Mohammad Nabi, Vice President of the Federation and Manager of the Senior National Team, Mehdi Kharati, Head of the National Teams Department, and Ali Targholizadeh, Technical and Development Director.

In this meeting, the future plans of the national football teams were discussed and an important part of the discussions was devoted to the process of preparing the senior national team to participate in the World Cup.

In this meeting, Mehdi Taj agreed with the continuation of support and logistics support for the national team and asked the related groups to use all their capacity to implement the programs desired by Amir Ghalenoui. Based on this, holding the national team head coach's training camp in November, as well as starting the planning for the preparation camp for the Asian Nations Cup, is on the agenda.

In another part of this meeting, the issue of choosing the head coach of Omid national team was also raised; However, the discussions in this regard did not reach a final conclusion, and despite the initial agreements with Yahya Golmohammadi, the contract with this coach has not yet been finalized.

In this way, while planning for the preparation of the senior national team is being followed with the support of the head of the federation, the situation of the Omid team's bench is still waiting for the final decision of the federation officials and Yahya Golmohamadi to conclude the contract.
