Roudsar Governor: Agencies Must Prepare for Crisis Management and Elections

Roudsar – The Roudsar Governor, stressing the need for crisis management, said preparations for energy conservation and implementation of the census plan must be placed on the agenda of agencies.

According to Mehr reporter, Abdul Hossein Dadashiniyaki, at the meeting of the administrative council on Monday afternoon, which was held with the focus of the farewell and knowledge of the governor of Kalachai, pointed out the need to prepare for the national self-sacrifice exercise and stated: the managers of the departments should provide the basis for participation and coordination of their collections by holding internal meetings and reviewing the notified approvals.

The necessity of preparing devices for crisis management

Referring to the climate changes and the increase in the probability of unexpected weather phenomena, he said: The climate conditions are such that we have to plan for the coming months from now and the readiness of the executive bodies to face possible crises will increase.

Dadashiniyaki added: crisis management requires forecasting, planning and coordination between different institutions, and the necessary measures should not be postponed until the crisis occurs; Therefore, all managers should be prepared by examining the duties and capacities of their group.

Emphasis on consumption management and energy saving

Referring to the issue of energy imbalance and the necessity of gas, electricity and water consumption management, Governor Rudsar stated: It is necessary to observe the consumption pattern in the offices.

He demanded the appointment of one person as the person responsible for energy consumption management in each executive body and clarified: managers should monitor the way energy is consumed in their group and prevent unnecessary consumption by taking necessary measures.

Emphasizing dealing with devices that do not meet the requirements of consumption management, Dadashi Niaki said: Saving money in offices is a necessity, and all groups must act responsibly to help the government and prevent the transfer of energy supply problems to the home sector.

He continued: Coordination of the devices related to the production and industry sector, including the Jihad of agriculture and industry, mining and trade, is important for better management of energy consumption.

Preparation for council elections and census implementation

In another part of his speech, referring to the possibility of holding city and village Islamic council elections in the near future, Governor Rudsar said: Executive bodies should be prepared to cooperate with the county election headquarters and take necessary measures as soon as possible if they receive correspondence and related requests.

He added: The implementation of the census plan is one of the important issues ahead, and it is necessary to cooperate with all executive bodies and existing capacities at the city and village level for the proper implementation of this plan.

Referring to the importance of census information in future planning, Governor Rudsar said: The results of this project will play an important role in decisions and planning related to the development of the city and villages in the coming years.
