Apple's market value exceeded $5 trillion at the end of a trading day for the first time. By recording this record, Apple became the second company in history, after Nvidia, which reached this achievement in October 2025, whose value on the Wall Street Stock Exchange is fixed above 5 trillion dollars.

Apple shares rose 0.5% to $342.96 in Nasdaq trading. Although this rate of growth seems mild, it was enough for the market value of this technology giant to cross the threshold of 5 trillion dollars, and finally the total value of the company closed at 5.01 trillion dollars at the end of trading.

This achievement was achieved in a situation where most of the shares of technology companies experienced a downward trend; So that the value of Oracle shares fell by 8.83%, Meta by 3.27%, Nvidia by 3.16%, Microsoft by 1.8%, Amazon by 1.74% and Google by 1.68%.

Apple's stock price had reached such a range before. In fact, this is the seventh time that Apple's value exceeded $5 trillion during intraday trading, but it was the first time that it managed to maintain this position until the closing bell of the market. Apple shares also reached $347.07 during the same day's trading, which was only 0.31% away from its historic high of $348.15.

This record-breaking has been registered following the introduction of a series of new Apple products, including the iPhone 18 Pro series, folding iPhone Duo and products such as Apple HomeView, HomePod Mini 2 and the new generation of Apple TV 4K.

The financial report for the fourth quarter of the company's fiscal year will be published on November 2nd, which will show how Apple manages parts costs and increases the price of hardware. The shares of the giant iPhone manufacturer have grown by about 5% (and including the closing price of $316.85 on August 31, 8.2%) since the start of the management of "John Ternos" as CEO on September 1st. This new record is a sign of the continued confidence of investors in the new leadership of Apple.
