36 Billion Tomans Allocated to Strengthen Cultural Capacity

Shahrekord – The Member of Parliament for Shahrekord, Boen, Saman and Farokhshahr announced the allocation of 36 billion tomans to strengthen the cultural capacity of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province.

According to Mehr reporter, Ahmad Rastineh said at the meeting of the General Culture Council of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province on Thursday afternoon, referring to the seven-fold increase in the country's cultural budget from four-tenths of the country's general budget in 1400 to 2.8 this year, he stated: One of the issues of the budget is content and program production, which unfortunately was neglected in all the years.

The spokesman of the Cultural Commission of the Islamic Parliament pointed out that this year's budget for cultural institutions is 110 hemats and continued: From the 1% cost of government companies, Table 12 defined that these credits should be spent on culture. The number that should have been predicted this year was 57, which was reduced by removing loss-making companies from this law.

The member of the 1406 Budget Consolidation Commission, referring to the spending of credits from Table 12, said: the institutions do not have the right to spend this money outside of programs such as supporting and supporting the popularization of culture, promoting the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom, supporting the industry and production of computer games, producing luxurious and valuable movies, strengthening cinema infrastructure, public culture, advertising and promoting the ideas of the Imams of the Revolution, and a few other things.

Rastineh reminded: Three issues of these programs, including the cultural engineering map, were seen in the provincial section, and the cultural institutions of the province should see if they can receive credits from Table 12, especially that the credits of this table will be paid 100%.

The representative of the people of Shahrekord, Ben, Saman and Farrukhshahr stated that 36 billion tomans have been allocated to strengthen the cultural base of the province and to define the cultural programs that are being pursued, and said: 5 billion tomans will be allocated to the General Directorate of Islamic Propaganda, 3 billion tomans will be allocated to the cultural and artistic center of mosques, 5 billion to Quranic institutions, 3 billion to the People's Front of Khatam al-Awsiya (PBUH), 3 mobile libraries to the institution of public libraries, 3 billion to the art field, 6 billion to the breeding center Intellectual children and teenagers and establishment of Ferdowsi house in the province is dedicated.

Rastineh stated: These credits are conditional on the institutions being able to draw and implement programs according to the cultural engineering map document of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, which can be defined in the public culture council of the province.

Referring to the establishment of the National Mosque Headquarters, the spokesperson of the Cultural Commission of the Islamic Council said: Centers for dealing with mosque affairs will be established in 31 provinces and the mechanism for supporting mosques will be implemented in five axes.

Referring to the issue of hijab and chastity, Rastineh reminded: Fortunately, in our province, due to the seriousness of the judicial system, nudity and indecency have been criminalized and warnings have started. In addition to this approach, positive activities are also necessary in the field of hijab and chastity, and in some provinces, very good work has been done, every organization has a mission that is good to follow.

He stressed that if we do not create a positive atmosphere in hijab and chastity, warnings will backfire: in this regard, institutions such as education, municipalities, universities, etc. can do very effective work and play a role.
