Libya to participate in the meeting of Russia and Africa in Moscow - envoy

Ali Juma Hassan Fazel said: The level of representation of this delegation will be officially announced later

Moscow, October 14. /TASS/. Ali Juma Hassan Fazel, the Libyan ambassador to Iran, said in an interview with Tass: Libya will participate in the Russia-Africa summit in late October, although the level of representation of this delegation will be officially announced later.

In response to a question about the delegation's participation in the upcoming meeting and the level of its representation, he said: "The level of Libyan representation and the specific choice of participants is exclusively within the jurisdiction of authorized Libyan authorities." Therefore, it is wrong to prevent the official announcement or to name a specific person before making the relevant decision. This diplomat added: The issue of Libya's participation is more important than the name of the representative.
