A meeting of the Tehran Province representatives group in the Islamic Consultative Assembly was held with Seyed Abbas Araghchi, Minister of Foreign Affairs.

The meeting of the Assembly of Representatives of Tehran Province was held in the Islamic Council with Seyyed Abbas Araghchi, Minister of Foreign Affairs.

According to Ambassador Arjan, Seyyed Ali Yazdikhah, representative of Tehran in the Islamic Council, announced the holding of the 53rd session of the Assembly of Representatives of Tehran province in the presence of Seyed Abbas Araghchi, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and his deputies at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and said: This meeting was held with the presence of 22 representatives of Tehran province in the second session of the assembly and lasted for 150 minutes.

Referring to the presence of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and his deputies in this meeting, the Chairman of the Assembly of Representatives of Tehran Province stated: In this meeting, Mr. Araghchi and the Deputy Ministers in the fields of economic, consular and parliamentary affairs expressed their views and points of view, also 22 representatives present in the meeting raised their views, opinions, doubts and questions related to the performance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The interaction with the neighbors and the subject of the foreign minister's visits were reviewed

Stating that various issues in the field of Iran's foreign policy were discussed and reviewed, he added: Diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran, how to use the capacity of resistance axis countries, how to interact with neighboring countries and commercial issues were among the topics of this meeting.

Yazdikhah continued: The issue of negotiations in New York, Iran's relationship with different governments in different regions of the world and the meetings of the Minister of Foreign Affairs with his counterparts were also discussed in this meeting.

The representative of the people of Tehran, Ray, Shemiranat, Islamshahr and Pardis in the Islamic Council, referring to the intensive meetings of the Minister of Foreign Affairs in New York, stated: Mr. Araghchi met with 42 foreign ministers during his short stay in New York, and ten meetings of the president with the presidents of different countries were held during this trip, during which the views of the Islamic Republic were explained to the officials of these countries.

The Chairman of the Assembly of Representatives of Tehran province noted: These meetings and consultations were held with the aim of clarifying Iran's positions and defending the rights of the Iranian nation against the oppression of global arrogance. While appreciating these efforts, the representatives also expressed their views and opinions in this regard.

Stating that the latest status of international issues and regional issues were also discussed in the meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yazdikhah said: "A good meeting was held and it was decided to hold meetings with the Assembly of Representatives of Tehran Province in shorter time intervals so that the viewpoints of the parties can be presented in a clear and clear manner and in case of ambiguity, the grounds for resolving it will be provided."

Investigating economic diplomacy and the performance of embassies

The Chairman of the Assembly of Representatives of Tehran province said about the other topics of this meeting: the general functioning of the government, the way ministries interact with foreign countries, and especially the issue of economic diplomacy, were among the other issues raised in this meeting.

He continued: The presence and activities of economic advisors of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the embassies, how the embassies and the Minister of Foreign Affairs personally support the cultural representatives sent by the Islamic Culture and Communication Organization and other related issues were also discussed.

Yazdikhah said about the issues related to negotiations and commuting: The latest status of negotiations and issues related to traffic, previous laws and current requirements were also discussed in this meeting and the representatives and the Minister of Foreign Affairs discussed these issues.
