Salary restoration reached the 1406 budget / a new proposal that can overturn the receipts

The proposal of a new demand regarding the restoration of salaries and the reform of the payment system has once again turned the issue of wages into one of the main points of discussion about next year's budget.

Ambassador Arjan: The proposal of a new demand regarding the restoration of salaries and the reform of the payment system has once again turned the issue of wages into one of the main points of discussion about next year's budget.

Alireza Navin, the representative of the people of Tabriz, Azarshahr and Esku in the Islamic Council, wrote in a message on the occasion of Nurse's Day: During the visit to the hospitals in the constituency and talking to the medical staff, the nurses complained about the discrepancy in salaries. The fact is that some professions, including nurses, armed forces, educators, etc., do not receive a proportional salary for the hard work and efforts they endure.

Being aware of the imposition of difficult conditions on the medical staff with forced shifts, frequent standbys and salaries that do not account for their income and expenses, the parliament emphasizes the restoration of the salaries of nurses and other groups of jobs in the budget bill of 1406 by applying a double factor, and we hope that with the provision of financial resources and the support of the government, part of the nurses' concerns will be resolved.

Naming the birth anniversary of Hazrat Zainab (PBUH) as Nurse's Day shows the high status of these loved ones, and we have witnessed the sacrifice and selflessness of the medical staff in crises such as the Corona epidemic and war. In response to this responsibility, the nurses are waiting for the end of discrimination, and for example, the group that deserves war rewards are the nurses and aid workers behind the launchers, not those who have received the most in government companies throughout the year and have worked remotely during the war instead of being on standby.

I have congratulated the Nurse's Day and as a representative of the nation, I consider it my duty to follow up on their demands and improve their working conditions in order to strengthen the provision of services to our people.
