Hamadan Cultural Heritage Files Complaint Against Those Reposting Swimming Video from Alisadr Cave

Following the re-publication of a video from previous years about illegal swimming in Alisadr Cave, the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage of Hamadan Province announced legal action against the pages reposting it and the filing of a complaint with the Public Prosecutor's Office.

Hamedan- Following the publication of a film related to the past years about illegal swimming in Ali Sadr Cave, the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage of Hamedan announced legal action against the republishing pages and filed a complaint in the prosecutor's office.

According to the report of Ambassador Arjan, following the re-release of a video in cyberspace about illegal swimming in Ali Sadr Cave, which investigations show that it belonged to the past years, the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Hamedan province put serious legal follow-up on this issue.

Based on the legal follow-ups carried out in the past years and the filing of a new complaint following the republishing of this video, this year the necessary notices regarding the definitive prohibition of such actions were once again communicated to the new operator of Ali Sadr Cave, and since the publication of these old images has caused public concern, the matter will be pursued with determination through legal authorities.

In this regard, the legal team of this general department attended the public law deputy of the prosecutor's office and filed an official complaint about the origin of the release of this film.

The General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Hamadan Province, while appreciating the concern of the media and activists in the field of information, emphasized that before republishing or publishing any content, it is expected that the media people inquire about its authenticity through public relations and related sources of this General Directorate in order to prevent the spread of false news and anxiety of public opinion.
