Sedavsima: The Program and Budget Organization of the country issued a supplementary notice and provided explanations about the self-declaration of the applicants for increasing the validity of Kalaberg.

According to the country's program and budget organization, this announcement states: "1. The SMS invitation to self-declaration to increase the validity of Kalaberg will be sent to 18,300,000 heads of households, equivalent to about 40 million people.

2. Registration in the "My Government" system is possible only by the head of the household.

3. Heads of households who are not able to use the system can do the self-declaration process by visiting the government counter offices in person."
