Aghasian: Faith and leadership are factors of the strength of the armed forces

Gorgan - The political ideological officer of the 230th Shahid Mataji Brigade of Gorgan considered faith, leadership and military readiness to be the three most important factors of the armed forces' authority and emphasized the role of the army's political ideology in strengthening vision and governorship.

According to Mehr reporter, Hojjat-ul-Islam Ramzan Aghasian among the Gorgani worshipers congratulated the birth of Hazrat Zainab Kabri (PBUH) and celebrated the founding anniversary of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army's Political Ideological Organization and stated: The capability of the armed forces depends on various factors, including the possession of military equipment, effective command, and religious beliefs.

Referring to the importance of defense preparation, he added: In the teachings of the Holy Quran, especially verse 60 of Surah Anfal, the necessity of providing defense power and facilities has been emphasized. The issue that shows military preparedness and strengthening defense power is one of the requirements for maintaining security and dealing with threats.

The political ideological officer of the 230th Shahid Mataji Brigade of Gorgan considered the command to be one of the other important components of the authority of the armed forces and said: the foresight of the commanders and attention to the needs of the future of defense plays a decisive role in improving the military power of the country.

Referring to the role of leaders and commanders in cultivating efficient forces, Aghasian noted: A strategic view in the field of defense lays the groundwork for the development of military capacities and the readiness of the armed forces to face potential threats.

The role of religious beliefs in strengthening the morale of the armed forces

Emphasizing the place of religious beliefs in the capabilities of the armed forces, he said: The teachings of the Holy Quran show that faith, spirituality and endurance can be an important factor in the stability and victory of the forces in difficult situations, along with military strength.

Pointing to examples from the history of Islam and the era of holy defense, the political ideological officer of the 230th Martyr Brigade of Gorgan added: Religious beliefs and the spirit of self-sacrifice were among the factors that kept the fighting forces resistant against difficulties in critical periods of history.

Referring to the formation of the political ideological organization of the army after the victory of the Islamic Revolution, Aghasian said: In the first years of the revolution, the issue of preserving and strengthening the army and promoting its religious and spiritual aspects was of particular importance, and in this regard, the political ideological organization of the army was formed by accepting the suggestions made and with the approval of Imam Khomeini (RA).

He continued: Today, political ideological groups in the army and other parts of the armed forces, including Faraja and the Ministry of Defense, are active in the fields of culture, belief and insight and play an effective role in strengthening the religious spirit and responsibility of employees.

Governorship is one of the axes of ideological and political activity of the army

Aghasian listed one of the important missions of the ideological political organization to strengthen the spirit of governorship among the armed forces and said: promoting religious beliefs, deepening insight and strengthening adherence to the values of the Islamic Revolution are among the axes of activity of this organization.

Referring to the position of the governorate in the armed forces, he said: strengthening the cohesion, discipline and readiness of the forces to carry out the assigned missions is one of the issues that are followed in the framework of cultural and religious activities.

Honoring the memory of the martyrs of the Islamic Revolution, holy defense and recent wars, the political ideological officer of the 230th Martyr Mataji Brigade of Gorgan emphasized: protecting the sacrifice of the martyrs and continuing their path is everyone's responsibility, and the armed forces also emphasize on the preparation and strengthening of the defense power in the way of protecting the security and independence of the country.
