Head of Tehran Municipality's Women and Family Center Details the "Chashm-e Roshani" Plan for Infants Born in 1405

At the same time as the joint press conference of Tehran Municipality Spokesperson Abdul Mathar Mohammad Khani, Maryam Ardabili, head of Tehran Municipality's Women and Family Center, explained the details of the Jashm Roshni project, stating that we are looking for the city to have more security and convenience for women and families, and said: The package for the creation of 120 mother and child rooms and other services and facilities that are expected for mothers and children will be announced in the future. The bright eye package is one of these packages.

He added: Children born in 1405 from now on, based on Iranian tradition and Quranic basis, will receive a clear eye from Tehran Municipality and will charge packages for mothers and provide them with various services in this format.

Stating that the package will be activated from October this year and will be charged every month until the age of two, Ardabili noted that funds are expected from the mother and child code projects, but after the implementation of this project as a pilot, a detailed budget will be provided for it in the next year.

He also clarified: since the announcement of the unveiling of this package, the wallets of all 33,000 mothers who had children from April to October have been charged in their Shahrazad accounts. As soon as mothers log into the system and activate this account with a national code, their account will be charged and they will be able to make purchases. Of this amount, 19 thousand people used their accounts.

Ardabili stated that every month Shahrazad Madaran's account will be charged between 3.5 and 4 million tomans, noting that this amount will be spent in three parts, which depends on the management of the families. The package is charged for all mothers and children born, and it does not matter if the child is the third child of the family.

He also stated: Out of the total credit of 2.5 million tomans for purchases from fruit and vegetable markets and Shahrvand store, 500 thousand tomans are for cultural package and 500 thousand tomans for health package. One million tomans is charged for health for people in the 1st to 3rd deciles. In general, we can say that during the year, 6 million Tomans will be charged for health and 6 million Tomans for the cultural package, and this amount will not burn and can be used throughout the year.

All children born in Tehran are included in the Eshm Roshni scheme

Ardabili stated that birth statistics of Tehran health centers have been provided and no new identity authentication was needed, and noted that: for new borns, the nationality and zip code of the place of residence and work of the parents must be registered in the Shahrezad system. If the civil registry declares the citizen as a citizen of Tehran, we have no prohibition in providing services.

The head of the Women and Family Center of Tehran Municipality emphasized: the family of a child who was born in another city for any reason, but their family lives in Tehran, can communicate with support and benefit from this plan by registering their nationality and zip code of their place of residence.

Ardabili stated that this project is completely under the authority of Tehran Municipality and clarified: The project does not have a sponsor and the entire project is implemented by Tehran Municipality. As a rule, the mentioned issues regarding the financial resources of the project from the sale of density are not true. Its financial resources are not from the government budget and the oil budget, and it is spent through the revenues of the city of Tehran.
