Former UK PM: Trump Signals Collapse of World Order

Former British Prime Minister points to the end of the US-led world order.

The former Prime Minister of England pointed to the end of the world order under the supervision of the United States.

According to Ambassador Arjan's report, quoted by Bloomberg, Rishi Sonak, the former British Prime Minister, emphasized during the New Delhi Economic Forum: The world order led by America is over and the world has entered a period of extreme geopolitical uncertainty. Countries like India and the countries of the Persian Gulf can influence the evolution of the world order more than in the past, without necessarily aligning with America or China.

He added: The world is moving away from the multilateral and rules-based framework that shaped the global economy, and this process brings new risks and uncertainties.

Sunak said: We all grew up in a multilateral and rules-based framework and were active in it; A framework that was mainly implemented and guaranteed by the United States. US President Donald Trump is not the cause of this situation, but a symptom of it. The current world is a world where we still do not know exactly what situation it has reached, and this situation creates extensive geopolitical uncertainty and even great risks.

Sunak added: The rise of China has made this country compete with America in various fields. This is one of the important and new features of the global economy. China is an equal competitor to America in economic, military and technological fields, and this issue is considered a new feature in the global economy.

Sunak also expressed concern about the global security situation and pointed to the increase in the number of armed conflicts and its consequences for international stability.

He said: It is not a coincidence that there are more armed conflicts now than at any other time since the end of World War II. There are currently 61 state-based armed conflicts around the world. When I look at this situation, I worry.

Sonak continued by alluding to Trump's struggle to win the Nobel Peace Prize by claiming to end several wars and said: I think Donald Trump probably looks at this situation and says to himself that there are 61 chances to win the Nobel Peace Prize!
