The head of Fars Province Intelligence Police announced the arrest of a man who strangled his 20-year-old daughter due to family disputes.

According to Ambassador Arjan's report, Colonel Mahmoud Hafizi said in this regard: Following the announcement to the 110 police emergency center that a murder had occurred in one of Shiraz's neighborhoods on the 12th of Shahrivar this year, investigation of the matter was put on the agenda of the intelligence police detectives.

He added: The detectives started their investigation and with technical and specialized measures, they succeeded in identifying and arresting the killer who was hiding in a building and in a guard room.
