After holding the funeral ceremony in Lahijan, the body of Ayatollah Ghorbani will be moved to Astana Ashrafiyeh, so that his funeral and burial will be held from Ferdowsi Square to the Holy Shrine of Hazrat Sultan Seyyed Jalaluddin Ashraf at 11:00 am on Wednesday.

According to the announced schedule, the dead prayer will be performed on the body of this late scholar in the holy shrine of Hazrat Sultan Seyyed Jalaluddin Ashraf and then his body will be buried next to this shrine. Also, the farewell ceremony for the body of Ayatollah Ghorbani will be held at 21:30 on Tuesday night, at the same time as the night gathering of people, at the Lahijan National Garden. Ayatollah Zainul Abdin Ghorbani was one of the well-known religious and cultural figures of Gilan, who was responsible for representing the religious jurist in the province and the Friday imam of Rasht. He also had the experience of representing the people of Astana Ashrafieh in the Islamic Council and participating in the Assembly of Leadership Experts.
