According to the report of the ambassador of Arjan Hojatul-Islam Wal-Muslimin Seyyed Abdul Fattah Nawab, the representative of the Supreme Leader in matters of Hajj and Pilgrimage, on Thursday evening (23 Mehr) in a meeting held at the building of Hajj and Pilgrimage in Khorasan, Razavi, referring to the difficulties of providing foreign exchange needed for Hajj, said: The current situation of the country is difficult in terms of providing foreign currency, but despite these problems, we hope that pilgrims will be able to participate in Hajj.

Referring to the experience of providing foreign currency in the past periods, he continued: In some periods of the presidency, there were concerns about providing currency for Hajj and at that time, the necessity of providing currency needed to perform this duty was emphasized. Finally, with the help of God, it was possible to hold Hajj and the pilgrims were able to enjoy this spiritual journey.

Referring to the issue of registration of pilgrims and the fees paid by them, Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Nawab said: People who have registered and paid the related fees should not remain undecided, and if it is possible for them to register, their rights should also be taken into consideration.

Referring to the difference between the fees paid at the time of registration and the current Hajj expenses, he emphasized the need to investigate the dimensions of this issue and pursue it through legal channels and added: "We hope that with God's grace and the authorities' follow-up, the presence of pilgrims in this spiritual journey will be provided, because the presence of Iranian pilgrims in Hajj, in addition to its religious and spiritual importance, shows the stability of the people's will to perform this duty."

Emphasizing the necessity of observing ethics in dealing with pilgrims, the representative of the religious jurist in matters of Hajj and Pilgrimage considered good manners as one of the most important factors in establishing effective communication with them and stated: According to a narration from Imam Sadiq (AS), good manners are the basis for creating love and if the person who is responsible for serving the pilgrims treats them with good manners, the basis for communication and dialogue is provided.

Hujjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimeen Nawab stated that one of the simplest and at the same time the most effective ways to start communication is to say hello, he continued: We should not wait for the pilgrim to say hello first, especially those who wear clerical clothes and are responsible for guiding and serving the people should take the lead in good behavior and starting communication.

Emphasizing that the way of dealing with a pilgrim can affect his mood and behavior, he said: Knowing the time, place and audience is also important in establishing effective communication and people who are in a position of service should consider the conditions of their audience.

Sincerity was one of the prominent characteristics of the martyred leader

Referring to the personality and management characteristics of the leader of the Martyr of the Revolution, the representative of Wali-Faqih in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs considered sincerity as one of the most important factors in his influence on the people and added: One of his outstanding characteristics was that he put himself aside and considered God. If a person is only looking for himself, he will not reach the true position, but if he distances himself from selfishness and performs service with sincerity, he can find a place in people's hearts.

In the end, he emphasized the necessity of paying attention to the conditions of time and place in making decisions and said: In many cases, the way we deal with others determines the outcome of our behavior; For example, if the purpose of being harsh with a person is simply to vent our own anger, this behavior does not necessarily leave an educational effect.
