The story of a woman who had a relationship with 40 referees/Taj Prove it, I will be fined by Galliardi and become his disciple forever/Are people satisfied with this football?
Yaser Hamrang, a retired football referee, who was the first person to talk about the rumor of a woman's relationship with 40 referees in the second division league and considered this issue to be related to influencing the results of the games, spoke about this story in a conversation with Safir Arjan.
According to the report of the sports journalist Safir Arjan, the investigation of the strange events of Iranian football took place in a special interview with Yaser Hamrang, a retired football referee. In the first part of this conversation, which was mostly related to the refereeing events and administrative issues of the football federation, he also talked about the incidents, some of which were related to the refereeing and the other part related to the violations or accusations related to the elections of this federation. Where "Mehdi Taj told Ali Kafashian that the referee should have the air of a tractor" or that "Rasul Khatibi said that the votes of the federation were bought with 200 million" were among the things Hamrang talked about. He also claimed that "some referees help the federation on the day of danger".

Ambassador Arjan: Federation has complained a lot about you, how many complaints did you have?
In the system of Sana that I go to, 37 files are written above it; From the federation, a number of referees and the last case is related to the football board of Tehran Province. Instead of being accountable, they complain. In my opinion, this is a big problem. why
Ambassador Arjan: One issue; In the recent elections of the Football Federation, Mr. Shahabuddin Azizi Khadem was disqualified because he took his football case outside of football?
exactly; That's what I wanted to say.
Ambassador Arjan: Were these 37 complaints filed against me dealt with in the judicial structure of the Football Federation or outside of football?
This issue is stated in the constitution; That is, everyone who signs in football accepts that if he has a dispute with another person in football, the judicial committees of the federation must deal with it. Everyone has signed this; I have signed it, Mouad Fanadifar, Mehdi Taj, Khodadad Afsharian and other people have also signed it. But 50% of the case that concerns them is respected and 50% that concerns us is not respected.
If I complain to Mr. Taj now outside of football, he will say that we have our own judicial committees and you should complain there; The federation may even tell the judiciary to suspend us. But they themselves complain about us outside of football.
Ambassador Arjan: You don't tell this to the judiciary?
I have said it, but no one listens. In my opinion, this is a big problem. The judiciary can inquire and investigate how many complaints have been filed against different people by the football people, from the federation to the boards. I think there are more than a thousand of them.
Ambassador Arjan: What was the outcome of the 37 complaints against you?
Yasser Hamrang: I have been fined in several cases. I also have a two-year prison sentence, which has now been suspended. The interesting point is, what case was the sentence of two years in prison related to? I had said in a case that, for example, Mr. Moharrami did not grow according to justice. The Judiciary asked the Football Federation whether Mr. Moharrami grew up on the basis of justice or not. The federation itself had sued me in another case. Finally, the federation said that he grew up based on justice.
Ambassador Arjan: Does that mean there is a conflict of interest issue here?
Yes, there has been. Then I will tell the court, why are you asking about that collection? They answer that our reference in football is the Football Federation. I was sentenced in this way. This is really painful.
I have announced all these condemnations and I will announce them now. I'm not hiding anything and I'm not keeping my head down. If I have said something, I have told the truth, and even if I am convicted, go to jail or face other problems because of it, I will still hold my head high; Because until today in these two years, I have not asked for anything for myself and I have not asked for any benefits.
Ambassador Arjan: You are behaving like Mr. Maylikekhan. Mr. Maylikekhan also paid for this behavior and went to prison.
Yes, I would be proud if I could be Mr. Mileykhan's example; Because I know him as a healthy person. Of course, Mr. Mylikhen was the head coach and he benefits from football, but I have not really gained anything in the 25 years that I have been in this football. Even now I don't want anything to happen to me; I want justice to be done.
I say this and if some people are upset by it, it is their own problem. Here, from the podium of Ambassador Arjan, I announce that anyone in the Football Federation or the Football Board can participate in a friendly debate. I will bring any documents you have. I will present my words and you will also answer; Either I will be satisfied and shut up, or you will change your course. In my opinion, this method is both more rational and more humane. If someone criticizes you and you complain to him, it is past the stage of discussion and dialogue; That too in football where all its problems can be seen.
Iran's president, Mr. Behzikian, has said that in order to understand whether a complex is working well or not, we must see whether the people are satisfied with it or not. Are our people satisfied with football now? If they are satisfied, then you are doing well. But people are not really satisfied with our football.
Ambassador Arjan: At least the comments we receive from Ambassador Arjan do not indicate such satisfaction. I think the same situation exists on the Instagram page of the Football Federation and the national team.
That is, public satisfaction is not seen.
Ambassador Arjan: Let's go to this story of nested corruption. Some of these cases are accusations and some have been proven. We don't want to talk about all the details. Recently, a news was published about the same lady selling rice that we mentioned, who apparently had other activities, and we don't know how true it is. Naturally, until something is proven, neither you nor I can make a definitive statement about its authenticity. It seems that there was another lady in the lower leagues, i.e. the second division, who did things with referees or officials to influence the results. What happened? Have you reached any documents or do you have any facts in this field?
I was at home one night when they called me from Shiraz. A man talked to me and introduced himself and said he was from a team. He said that a woman works as a photographer and reporter and introduces herself as the representative of Mr. Khodaparast, who is in charge of League Two. According to him, almost everyone who has a job in the league of two countries, refers to this lady; It means that his influence and ability is even greater than Mr. Khodaparast in the organization of the league.
That person said that he no longer wants to work with this lady, and that's why he decided to inform me about the issue so that I can raise it if I want. At the same time, I said Mr. Dr. Esadi Moghaddam, head of the ethics committee, please be careful; There is such a lady and if this is true, stop it. This happened about three months ago.
Ambassador Arjan: So you raised this issue in the form of a question?
Yes, I said be careful and check. I said that I heard something like that and you should see if it is true or not.
Ambassador Arjan: Did you go to them in person and raise this issue?
No, I raised it online. Basically, I have never been accepted in this space. I have been speaking for two years now, but not once has Mr. Taj, as the head of the Football Federation, said to me: "Yasser Hamrang, let me see if you are telling the truth or lying." If you are telling the truth, I will punish the offender, and if you are lying, shut up."
He has never done such a thing and he will not do it now. Anyway, I brought it up and a month went by and nothing happened. Again, I received information that this lady was in contact with 30 people. As every referee went to Mahshahr, Bushehr, Yasuj or Shiraz for the competition, this lady went to the hotel at night and said that she was a photographer and reporter of the federation and that she came on behalf of Mr. Khodaparast. Then he would ask the referees if they have any work or not and he approached them in this way. I don't want to comment on the continuation of the story, but it is said that he went to the venue with the judges.
Ambassador Arjan: Naturally, he was not a photographer or reporter of the Football Federation?
No, it was not: he introduced himself with this title.
Ambassador Arjan: I am saying this so that the federation does not say tomorrow that we did not have such a person and you are accusing us.
I said that this lady made such a claim and asked the federation to investigate the matter, but she was not stopped. After a month, I brought up the matter again and again no action was taken. Until a few days ago, news was published that the ethics committee summoned this lady. Apparently, information has been published from the same Ethics Committee that this lady admitted that she had a relationship with 40 people; 40 referees in League Two. Of course, I don't really know how much the connection was.
At all, this information was published from within the [Ethics Committee] of the Federation. It has been a week since this matter has been in the media, but the federation has not reacted. He neither said that such a thing existed nor denied it. The only thing that happened was the removal of Mr. Khodaparast from the responsibility of League Two.
Yes, it happened. Mr. Khodaparast is no longer in charge of League Two and apparently the draw of this league has been postponed several times. I think there should have been a draw about a month ago, but it still hasn't. These two events are signs, but nothing has been officially announced.
Ambassador Arjan: That means we have come from the story of the rice seller to the story of the photographer and journalist...
Yes, if it had been dealt with in time, the consequences of this incident would have been much less. But we love to take our time and finally, when we have to, just say something. Now there is an issue about the hotel expenses of the youth and Omid teams. Hadn't Mr. Taj set a deadline for investigating the matter?
