Ambassador Arjan wrote in a news: He added: People who have registered and paid the related fees should not remain undecided. If the possibility of registration is provided for them, their rights should also be taken into consideration.
Referring to the difference between the fees paid at the time of registration and the current Hajj expenses, he emphasized the need to investigate the dimensions of this issue and pursue it through legal channels and added: We hope that with God's grace and the authorities' follow-up, the pilgrims will be able to participate in this spiritual journey. Good behavior with pilgrims; The first step in serving
The representative of the religious jurist in matters of Hajj and Pilgrimage emphasized the necessity of observing ethics in dealing with pilgrims and considered good manners as one of the most important factors in establishing effective communication with them and noted: According to a narration of Imam Sadiq (AS), good manners are the basis for creating love and if a person who is responsible for serving pilgrims treats them with good manners, the basis for communication and dialogue is provided.
Nawab continued: One of the simplest and at the same time the most effective ways to start communication is to say hello. We should not wait for the pilgrim to greet first, especially those who wear clerical clothes and have assumed the responsibility of guiding and serving the people, should be the first to behave well and initiate communication.
Emphasizing that the way of dealing with a pilgrim can affect his mood and behavior, he added: Knowing the time, place and audience is also important in establishing effective communication, and people who are in a position of service should consider the conditions of their audience.
Referring to the personality and management qualities of the martyr leader, the representative of the Supreme Leader in Hajj and Ziarat affairs, he considered sincerity as one of the most important factors in his influence on the people and said: One of his outstanding characteristics was that he put himself aside and considered God. If a person only looks for himself, he will not reach the true position, but if he distances himself from selfishness and performs service with sincerity, he can find a place in people's hearts.
The representative of the Supreme Leader in matters of Hajj and Pilgrimage stated: In many cases, the way we deal with others determines the outcome of our behavior. For example, if the purpose of snapping at someone is simply to vent our own anger, this behavior is not necessarily educational.
