The National Housing Movement has delivered more than 90,000 units to applicants since the beginning of the 14th government. A statistic that, along with the plan to deliver another 180,000 units in the current year, has entered a new phase for this plan.

According to the report of Ambassador Arjan, Ehsan Masoudi, Advisor to the Deputy Housing and Construction Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, explained the latest status of housing support projects in the program "Economic Table" and announced that at the beginning of the 14th government, about 21,000 units of urban supportive housing were delivered and since the beginning of this government, more than 90,000 more units have been handed over to applicants.

According to him, the delivery of 180,000 99-year urban housing units is expected for 1405, and now about 850,000 units are in priority.

Emphasizing that the comprehensive system of housing support projects called "Theme" is not closed, Masoudi announced the beginning of registration in rural areas and 50 medium and small cities and added: This system is designed to manage processes such as registration, checking the conditions of applicants, allocating land and tracking the status of projects and bank facilities.

Referring to the provision of infrastructure services, he said that 50% of the costs of these services are the responsibility of the National Housing Fund, and land preparation, including earthworks, weathering, paving and asphalt, is under the responsibility of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development.

According to Masoudi, the applicants of the aid committee and the welfare organization and those subject to the youth law of the population are in priority, and the condition of the land, the project and the steps for the implementation of their obligations should be fully clarified.
