Investment Priorities Shift / Karimi: For the Government, Availability of Goods Matters More Than Price + Video
Saeed Karimi, CEO and vice chairman of the Behshahr Industrial Group's investment company, says investment priorities have changed under current conditions.
Saeed Karimi, CEO and Vice President of Behshahr Industries Group Investment Company, says: In the current situation, investment priorities have changed.
According to the report of Ambassador Arjan Saeed Karimi, while attending Khabar Cafe, Ambassador Arjan responded to a question regarding the fact that, considering that official statistics show negative economic growth, and in this situation, investment priorities have changed? Confirming that the priorities have changed, he said: Our investment company in the capital market focuses on companies whose value chain from supply to production and sale is not disrupted. The oil sector and the export of oil and oil derivatives is the main axis of GDP, and the sale of oil derivatives has been severely limited after the war, and this leads to a decrease in government income. This decrease in government income creates problems for manufacturing companies, especially those that depend on imports or exports, and it causes disruptions in the production process and affects some banks. Therefore, the main priority is to find companies whose production cycle is maintained.
The second issue is that the government currently considers the existence of goods more important than the price of goods; This choice of the government creates concern for the investor whether the manufactured goods will face price pressure or not and how much this pressure is. Therefore, our priorities are to maintain the continuous cycle of production and pay attention to a part of the market that is more related to people's daily needs.
