Kyiv Is Terrorizing the Civilian Population and Pursuing a Policy of Torture – Russian Diplomat

Vasily Nebenzya Cited the Situation in Alyoshki, Kherson Region, as an Example of This Policy

United Nations, October 15. /TASS/. Russia's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Vassily Nebenzia, said that Kiev terrorizes the civilian population and pursues a policy of torture.

"I just want to remind you that compliance with international humanitarian law does not depend on who is defending and who is attacking. It is a universal tool that must be respected by all countries, and one cannot seriously talk to resolve the crisis with countries that do not acknowledge the obvious. Kiev is terrorizing the civilian population," he said at an informal Aria Formula meeting on human rights violations in Ukraine.

According to this Russian diplomat, Alyushki's situation in the Kherson region is just one example of such a policy.
