At the beginning of this meeting, Alireza Nadali, referring to the revolutionary origin of the managers of the sixth term, pointed out the personal and managerial characteristics of the former deputy city services and said: "All of us have come from the people's body, revolutionary works and the lineage of Taiba Basij, and our hearts are pledged to the ideals of the revolution. Remembering the Jihadi performance of the former vice-president of urban services in incidents and crises, Sarvari pointed to an example of this responsibility and added: "I called Mr. Guderzi at midnight on January 18, when the amount of destruction and damage to urban furniture was very worrying. In a situation where the amount of damage was high, he confidently promised that he would collect the work before sunrise; The promise was fulfilled and the next morning the city was completely cleaned. This revolutionary spirit without making excuses and relying on jihadi work is a valuable asset for urban management.

Appreciation of the heads of the safety and construction committees for the evolution in equipment and crisis management

In another part of the meeting, Mehdi Babaei, the head of the city council's safety and crisis management committee, praised the timely predictions in the area of urban resilience promotion and stated: "Urban services and the fire department were the main drivers of peace and handling of people in crises, and the equipping of a specialized fleet and debris removal came to fruition with Mr. Guderzi's planning."

Also, Seyyed Mohammad Aghamiri, the head of the construction and infrastructure committee of the council, appreciated the synergy of the council and this deputy, and considered the principled organization of infrastructure projects and attention to the demands of the citizens as one of the bright spots of the record of the city services deputy in the recent period.

Buying 4 tons of machinery and saving 14 tons during the crisis

At the end of this meeting, Daud Guderzi, the former deputy of the city services and environment of the mayor of Tehran, appreciated the cooperation of the city council members, called these successes the result of the day-and-night efforts of the large family of city services and said: "In the most difficult crises, not even one of the troops left the field of service."

Pointing to the three key success factors of this field, Godarzi stated: "The addition of more than 4 thousand billion tomans (4 hemats) of specialized equipment and machinery to the municipal fleet over the past two years, the continuous and daily presence of more than 2,300 jihadist forces in the field, and the unity and command of the unit between the fire department and municipal services were some of our milestones in overcoming crises."

In the end, the former vice-president of urban services of Tehran Municipality pointed out the structural and financial achievements of this area: "In addition to reforming the contract process, reviewing the Article 7 Commission and green space regulations, we managed to achieve financial savings of 14 thousand billion Tomans in this area with strict financial discipline and protection from the treasury, despite the increase in workers' salaries."
