280,000 Hectares of Hamadan Farmland Put Under Wheat and Barley

The deputy for crop production improvement at Hamadan's Jihad-e Keshavarzi Organization said that, based on planning, over 600,000 hectares of the province's farmland will be allocated to wheat and barley cultivation this autumn, and so far cultivation of more than 200,000 hectares of wheat and 80,000 hectares of barley has been recorded.

The deputy of plant production improvement of Hamadan Agricultural Jihad Organization said: According to the planning, this fall, more than 600 thousand hectares of agricultural lands of the province will be dedicated to wheat and barley cultivation, and so far more than 200 thousand hectares of wheat and 80 thousand hectares of barley have been cultivated.
