Moving from Qom to Tehran: the champions were announced/ the happy end of the women's muay thai competition in the capital

After stopping in Qom, Muay Thai Women's Championship was followed up in Tehran with the opinion of the Muay Thai Association and ended.

According to "Varzesh Se", after the suspension of the women's national championship Muay Thai competition, which was accompanied by some problems in Qom a few days ago, Tehran finally hosted this competition so that a significant number of Muay Thai athletes in the women's division could compete with each other.

Referring to the end of the final stage of the Women's National Championship, Zainab Mamani, the vice-president of the Women's Muay Thai Association of Iran, said: After the break in the competition hosted by Qom, these competitions were held on Thursday and Friday, 23rd and 24th of October, with the presence of the finalists from different provinces of the country, in Tehran's Shahid Afrasiabi Hall, and ended with the determination of the final results. The main purpose of holding this stage was to provide another opportunity for the girls who made it to the finals so that they could finish their competitions and go to the field to win championship medals. Fortunately, these competitions were well received by the athletes and their families, and a renewed enthusiasm was formed among the girls of Muay Thai in Iran.

He added: The finalists competed in four divisions: ring fights, technical competitions on tatami, performing the individual form of "Waycro" and performing the double form of "May Moi", and with the remaining matches, the file of this round of competitions was closed.

The vice president of Iran Muay Thai Association also mentioned the presence of Zohra Marzouqi, the head of the women's sports coordination and supervision office, in Shahid Afrasiabi Hall, who was a close witness of these competitions.

In the end, Mamani said: It was very important to provide the opportunity to compete again for Muay Thai girls in the country and to finish these competitions in a calm atmosphere and with the satisfaction of the athletes. We are happy that the finalists were able to finish their competitions and this national event ended with a smile and a good memory for the Iranian Muay Thai girls.
