Collection Order Issued for Spirulina Products

The Food and Drug Organization announced that Spirulina products under the “SUPER FOOD” brand, unbranded Spirulina tablets, Tushin cough syrup, Kervia syrup and Tutarin powder have been recalled and removed from sale for lacking valid licenses and making unauthorized therapeutic claims.

The Food and Drug Organization announced: "SUPER FOOD" brand spirulina products, unbranded spirulina tablets, cough syrup (Toshin), kuroya syrup and totarin powder were subject to recall and collection from the market due to not having a valid license and making unauthorized medical claims.
