Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tourism Bank, referring to the bank's extensive involvement in building 4,100 housing units in Tehran and Tabriz, said: Implementing a project at this scale, aimed at providing suitable housing for thousands of households, reflects the bank's social responsibility beyond conventional banking services.

Referring to the extensive participation of this bank in the construction of 4,100 residential units in Tehran and Tabriz, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tourism Bank said: The implementation of a project of this scale, with the aim of providing suitable housing for thousands of households, is a manifestation of the social responsibility of Tourism Bank beyond the provision of conventional banking services.

According to the report of the ambassador of Arjan, Hossein Rahmati, after visiting the projects of the National Housing Initiative, said: The construction of this number of residential units, in addition to the quantitative importance and the extent of the executive operations, is an opportunity to present a different model and create culture in the country's mass housing industry; A model that is based on the quality of construction, increasing the lifespan of structures, intelligent and optimal management of the construction process, reducing extraneous spaces, using concrete structures and standard and high-quality materials. Choosing professional contractors and experts, creating a competitive environment to improve quality indicators, closely monitoring the implementation stages and the significant speed of progress of the projects are also considered to be distinctive features of this plan.

Rahmati added: The implementation of 4100 residential units carries an important responsibility for the rights and expectations of thousands of households, and the goal of the Tourism Bank is not only to build and deliver the units, but to provide comfort, security and suitable living conditions for the applicants. Therefore, planning to provide basic infrastructure, including water, electricity and gas, is on the agenda from the initial stages of the physical development of the projects; An issue that is considered a serious challenge in many mass construction projects even after the buildings are completed. He emphasized: providing safe, standard and high-quality housing for the applicants of these 4100 units, in addition to fulfilling the bank's obligations, is an effective step in increasing the welfare and security of the families and helping to improve their quality of life by having suitable and stable housing.
