Equal Chances for All to Be Invited to the National Team; Shamsaei, the Futsal Magic Genie

Of the 21 players invited to the new training camp, four players and two goalkeepers are experiencing national team training for the first time.

According to Sport 3, Iran's national futsal team camp has started yesterday under the supervision of Vahid Shamsaei and his assistants, and despite the fact that the second Fifadi will be passed without playing a preparatory game, the head coach of the national team is trying to make the training conditions firm and keep the young players in the conditions of the match. Although Shamsai has not invited many prominent stars in this camp, and also does not have a number of key pieces due to injuries.

However, Shamsai has fulfilled the wishes of several young futsal players in this camp, and few would have counted on their invitation to the national team before the start of the season. Mostafa Ahmadi from Shazand Oil Refinery, Amir Hossam Irfani Nesab from Saveh Municipality, Ali Reza Dadersanfar from Nagin Tandis Qarchak, Amin Murad Ahmadi and Morteza Farzanian from Bandar Abbas Oil Refinery, and Mohammad Taqin Lo from Isfahan Oil Refinery are the six players who will experience being in the national team for the first time.

Inviting young and new players to the national team is not a new thing and has become a tradition in the Shamsai team. The national futsal team has had surprises in all tournaments and many futsal players have had the opportunity to wear the national team jersey and play in various national events. Since 2022, when Shamsai has taken over the leadership of the national team, a new generation has emerged and the chances of all players have been equal regardless of their name and resume.

At a time when in other national teams, names weigh more than performance, in the national futsal team, Vahid Shamsai has drawn a red line on the names of many stars and gambled on younger players. Faces who, by presenting their abilities to reach the national team, have left other greats in this field.
