Referring to the voluntary activities and actions of the people in various fields, the doctor clarified: it is very important that the services of the people are provided in the neighborhood-oriented plan by using the capacity of the mosques and by which people and groups and that the responsibilities are clear. The president also emphasized that we should all work hand in hand to solve the problems of the people and the country with the help and companionship and use the capacity of the elites, benefactors and volunteer groups. In this context, the president pointed to the excessive consumption of fuel and energy and said: these days, meetings have been held regularly in this field and we have examined all the ways of fuel abuse and smuggling, and the duties and missions of all the agencies have been determined, as well as the gaps that exist in these agencies, including the Ministry of Oil, Roads and Urban Development, the Ministry of Jihad, Agriculture, and the Ministry of Security, among others. The devices have been identified and in this regard, 600,000 anonymous diesel fuel cards have been removed from the circuit. Doctors emphasized: In this war situation, with the help of all loved ones and relevant agencies, the work is progressing in such a way that today we no longer need to import gasoline. While we had to spend 8 billion dollars for this import, and this is in a situation where, in addition to preparing for the war and confronting all the enemy's plots from moment to moment, the reconstruction of industries and roads, bridges and damaged centers related to electricity and gas and various sectors continues with strength and power and success. Pointing out that the actions and successes achieved are more like a miracle, the president said: This is a miracle with the hardworking and self-sacrificing hands of your dear ones and personnel. and the leaders of the country and the noble people, and it will be achieved only by maintaining unity and cohesion on the one hand and continuing the efforts and perseverance of the group of leaders, and we will make the enemy more and more desperate. Doctors added: My strict advice is not to turn your mind to the divisives, because they have abandoned fairness and understanding of the situation and are constantly insulting, slandering and undermining the country's managers and officials. The president emphasized: We are wasting our time. We will not respond to these divisive issues and we must try with all our capacity to solve people's problems. In today's government meeting, the Minister of Communications and Information Technology presented a report on the integration of all systems and the creation and launch of the government unity window and the regulation and monitoring of the statistics of people receiving goods. And he said that out of 55,000 neighborhoods in the country, 22,000 neighborhoods have been covered by the neighborhood development council plan.
