The Army Navy announced: A few hours ago, the observation teams of the Army Navy, in line with the continuous control of the east of the Strait of Hormuz, discovered and identified an offending oil tanker that had caught fire in the prohibited area.

According to Ambassador Arjan, this offending tanker turned off its tracking systems and was trying to cross the prohibited area in the Oman Sea.

The consequence of uncoordinated movements in prohibited routes and areas is creating insecurity and many dangers for other vessels.
