Kalhor: We Submitted Player's Academic Exemption Documents / Title Contender Reacts to Use of Ineligible Player

The managing director of Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Club believes there was no problem with using Amin Moradahmadi, given that he holds an academic exemption.

According to "Varzesh Se", the issue regarding the military service of Amin Murad Ahmadi, the futsal player of the Bandar Abbas oil refining team, has created a lot of controversy. Zarand Steel Club has complained about Murad Ahmadi's presence in the oil refining team and there are discussions about this match being 3-0 in favor of the Zarandis.

In this regard, the Oil Refinery Club claims that Murad Ahmadi's playing is legal and will pursue his right to the end. Sina Kalhor, CEO of Bandar Abbas Oil Refinery Club, said in this regard: "Our player is currently a student and uses an educational exemption. He is studying in the eighth semester of his bachelor's degree at Rodan Azad University in Hormozgan province.

The CEO of Bandar Abbas Oil Refining emphasized the legality of the process followed by the club and added: "We have officially and documentedly informed the league organization and the disciplinary committee of this player's academic qualifications and unit selection form. Also, a written and official inquiry has been received from the university that confirms his academic status.

He explained in response to the claim made that this player is eligible for conscription: "The main authority for confirming a person's educational exemption and continuing his education is the university. The university, as an official and comprehensive institution in the country, has approved the academic exemption and the continuation of the student process of this player in writing. If there is a difference of interpretation between the institutions, it is not the duty of the club to enter into it; The basis of our work is official documents and university approved inquiries.

At the end, while expressing his surprise at the strange follow-up of some people and teams in this matter, Kalhor noted: "The reason for our club's silence during this time was to respect the legal institutions of the federation. We have submitted all our documents to the disciplinary committee and we are waiting for the decision of this committee. If the rights of the club are violated, we will file a complaint and follow up through the legal authorities.
